Fascia & Soffits Replacement — Clondalkin
Roof repairs carried out to identify and resolve water ingress and restore the roof to a watertight condition.
The Issue
Overflowing gutters and blocked outlets were causing water to back up behind the roofline, with staining visible on the fascia and external walls. On inspection, the existing guttering showed sagging, joint failures, and blocked sections that were preventing proper drainage and risking timber damage over time.
What We Did
Fascia and soffit replacement with low-maintenance uPVC boards
Site tidied and roof checked on completion

Outcome
The roof was left watertight with all vulnerable areas repaired and the risk of further water ingress significantly reduced. We provided a written summary of works completed and noted any areas to monitor during future maintenance checks.
