Emergency make-safe and follow-on roof repairs to stop leaks and restore the roof after storm damage.
The Issue
Following storm activity, the property experienced wind damage to the roof covering. On inspection we identified displaced and missing roof materials, open joints at vulnerable areas, and sections requiring immediate make-safe works before a full repair programme could begin. The priority was to prevent further water ingress while a permanent repair was scheduled.

Outcome
The roof was made safe and watertight following the storm damage. A follow-on repair programme addressed all vulnerable areas identified during the make-safe visit. We recommended a scheduled maintenance check before the next winter season to monitor the condition of the ridge and valley areas.
